    Hi,

    I've tried looking in the community and I've searched with Google for a problem with emojis.
    I've enabled emojis in de webchat widget v2 with the code "emojis": true
    This option works for the customers on the website.

    The agents receiving the webchat information can see the emoji's the customers are using, but they don't have a button to insert emoji's in their chat to the customer. Am I overlooking something?

    This looks like you are using Chat and not Web Messaging.  I think that emojis are only supported on messaging platforms through web messaging, not chat.   Also, it looks like the language is Dutch.  Wondering if you have font set for them in that language.

    Hi Robert,

    We're using indeed Chat and I found out that emoji's for chat isn't available for the agents while it is possible for customers.
    I also found out that emoji's are possible for agetns using Web Messaging, but not for customer with the default deployment.
