One last question on this thread.

I know we have Post APIs for Realtime data collection, topic I created (already answered) queues-and-metrics-post-get-api-real-time-data.

I was wondering, if Genesys provides Event Driven webhooks, where instead of us collecting data on a fixed interval (pull) we will have metrics sent to us (push) as soon as an event occurs.

    Thanks Ashish

Genesys Cloud offers real-time notifications via WebSocket (see Notifications and AWS EventBridge (currently in beta). The Data Integration Guide may also be of interest.

Thank you @tim.smith I am reading through, and see some interesting examples

Will this provide all the real-time analytical data which API currently provides? It is important to know before I adopt either web-api or websocket in-order to create a long term strategy. Is it possible to speak to you or one of your developers?

    Thanks Ashish

No, it provides the data documented on the Available Topics page.

Genesys Cloud Professional Services is available on contract for hands on consultation. If you're interested, please reach out to your Genesys Cloud sales rep or account manager and they can kick off the engagement process.
