    Hi Bob,

    This matter impacts the entire APAC region. For example, the webinar titled "Enhancing Customer Experience with Virtual Agent!" is scheduled at times that are inconvenient for customers and partners in our region, making it impossible for us to attend. It seems that Genesys does not fully accommodate the global audience as they do with the roadmap (Important: Genesys Cloud is a Global Product), but only partially.

    The scheduled times for the webinar are as follows:

    - 11:00 AM Eastern Time (US and Canada)
    - 4:00 PM United Kingdom
    - 5:00 PM Amsterdam, Berlin, Rome
    - 3:00 AM Sydney/Melbourne, Australia
    - 12:00 AM Perth, Australia

    Is there a way these sessions can be shared exclusively with APAC partners and customers, allowing us to experience the webinar since we are unable to attend in the middle of the night?

    I concur.  We often get overlooked in this region for these types of things.  There are a great team at Genesys in AU and NZ that could run these sessions for our region as they do for roadmaps like Paul says.

    Thanks for your feedback, Paul. I'm sorry this webinar time doesn't work well for your time zone. We do our best to schedule live webinars during hours that accommodate the largest portion of our global audience and the availability of our presenters and experts. We understand those times are not always ideal for everyone. The good news is that all our live webinars are recorded and added to our catalog about a week later, so you'll be able to view it on demand at a time that works best for you. We'll be sure to put a post up when that recorded webinar is available.

    Hi Bob,
    Thank you for the reply. The issue is that the webinar is available for some, but not all regions. Therefore, partners and customers located in regions where the time zone does not favor them require a Beyond subscription to watch the webinar (not all partners and customers have a subscription). This is problematic as it is free for those in some regions, but not for others. Additionally, Genesys is only broadcasting these features to a select audience and not to their whole audience. Genesys needs to align to all regions to capture the entire audience and involve them in the Genesys Cloud Product. If this requires local Genesys Teams to perform this, then great. But this certainly needs addressing.

    Thanks for your feedback on this. I just wanted to follow-up with you to let you know that we have posted the recording of the Webinar: Enhancing Customer Experience with Virtual Agent here.

    Additionally, we have made this course available for free for a limited time of one week to anyone with a Beyond account to be better accessible to users who were unable to attend it live. As it has posted on Tuesday, April 29th, it will move into our standard subscription on Tuesday, May 6th. If anyone needs a Beyond account, they can sign up for one here for free.
