  • 1.  WebRTC Phone Creation

    Has anyone else experienced an issue when creating a new WebRTC Phone where you have to scroll through the entire list of users instead of just typing the user's name?  This just started happening on 2/4/26.

    Hello Brent, 

    This looks like a known recent issue. I recommend opening a support case to get this looked at, as the support team can escalate through the proper channels is necessary.

    Hi Cameron,

    If this is a known issue, why would I open a support case?  Would that not create duplicate work for the support team if they are already aware of the issue?

    Hello Brent, 

    It would be mostly for tracking reasons for you and so we can correctly track how many customers are affected. But its always your choice, if you would rather wait till the fix is pushed out then you can do so as well. General recommendation is to open a support case.

    The support team needs to address large-scale issues, meaning when many people are complaining.
     
    When I have a problem affecting multiple organizations, I open a ticket for each organization.
    Regarding your issue, I faced something similar on Monday.
     
    I opened Chrome in an incognito tab and didn't have that problem.
