When a voice survey is initiated for an agent, that will trigger WEM Add On license, as stated in this article:

If a customer has CX1 users and would like to enable post call survey. They will need to either upgrade to CX3 or get WEM addons.
My question is, if they get 1 wem addon, would that be sufficient to enable Post Call surveys for all calls? or would that result on overages on the bill?
