  • 1.  WEM Self-Study eBook Missing from Course Materials – Certification Exam Tomorrow!

    Hi everyone,

    I'm currently enrolled in the Workforce Management (WEM) - Self-Study course and I'm scheduled to take my certification exam tomorrow. While preparing, I noticed that the eBook for the course is missing from my learning portal - I can only see the VM (Virtual Machine) for practice, but not the actual study eBook.

    I've attached a screenshot showing exactly what I see on my end for reference.

    I have already emailed the Genesys Education team about this issue, but since my exam is tomorrow, I wanted to raise it here as well in case anyone from the community or support team can help expedite a resolution, or point me to an alternate way to access the study material.

    Has anyone else faced this issue recently? Any guidance on how to get quick access to the eBook (or a temporary workaround) would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey,

    I've just enrolled myself onto the course & I'm experiencing the same issue - assuming it is therefore more than a 'local' issue? Unfortunately haven't been able to find anything in terms of study guides - WEM Community might have more however.

    Update!!!

    I heard back from the Education team, and they sent me an alternate link for the ebook that worked. I also passed the exam - I'm now a proud 9x Genesys certified professional!

    I just checked this, and yes it seems like a temporary issue.

    In the meantime, see if you're able to access this Learning Plan -
