Genesys Cloud - Main

Hi Everyone, 

We're in the process of transitioning to Genesys Cloud from Pure Connect.  Wondering if there are resources out there that you have come across in the form of training videos for our WFM staff?  There is alot of content on the resource pages to read over the capabilities,  however I'm finding some issues to pair that with videos.  If anyone has any ideas please let me know!

I know of two place that might be able to help. First is our Beyond training site. Most courses have videos demoing/showing the product in question. Second is our Workshop site. This is specifically demo's and videos/walkthroughs of certain products. Taking a peek at it quickly I did notice some WFM stuff.

We have a community specifically geared towards WEM, I would suggest you and your team join the WEM Community where you can take a look through the library tab to find lots of useful documents, videos and catch up on past WEM focused webinars.

You can also click on the Events tab where we have upcoming overview webinars for WEM.
