While there are so many reasons this person has been nominated – from the 4890 posts created to having 84 best answers to community questions – a fellow member @Joe Ulrich  had this to add: I just watched an awesome episode of Genesys Cloud Q&A Show labeled Developer Tools. (Our rockstar) was absolutely expert level in his knowledge and delivery of the information."

But we are late, late, for a very important date, so let's reveal our Community Rockstar Inductee for April: Genesys Pro Services consultant @George Ganahl

If you watch the Q&A Show, you'll know that George is a recurring star, and also one of our Above Average Joes. In the show, he loves to wear different hats literally and figuratively, so this poster designed by @Ashok Natarajan really captures the whimsy:

Most people probably don't know, but George managed (I believe he actually started?) the forums for Interactive Intelligence. As such, he is arguably the first member of the community 😜
This is very much deserved. I used to work for Genesys (and before that Interactive Intelligence) alongside George in the Education department. Many of us felt that there were actually multiple George's as it didn't seem possible for one person to be as responsive, knowledgeable and helpful as his is!
One memorable example (for me) was when I was teaching a class onsite in Finland (Dialer, if I recall). One of my students had a question which I couldn't answer and we had already discussed George's abilities and decided to put him to the test. I emailed him at what would've been about 3:00am his time and we had a response within an hour. (That response included screenshots, so wasn't even from his phone, but his PC 😲)
George's support is legendary.
