I am not sure I understand what you meant when you stated "We confirmed that post-migration things were fine, then the changes by and end-user caused the issue.".
We have identified the issue the morning of May 6 when the release went live . We have not made any changes on our end. The release said that we do not have to do anything on our end since the configuration were handled by Genesys. I'll keep tabs on the ticket to see what they find out.

I am aware of one escalation from Care around intraday monitoring not showing actuals. This was due to errant planning group configuration post-release. Specifically all planning groups', their route paths, were changed to be single-skill when actuals always were multi-skill. We confirmed that post-migration things were fine, then the changes by and end-user caused the issue. I would suggest doing searches on valid route paths in your planning groups - we search the past 6-weeks for actual route paths. If you've configured or changed route paths where they do not actually match actual route paths you will see less to zero actual values in intraday monitoring. I would suggest you continue to work with Care on your open ticket.
Note that changes to planning groups require a new forecast and schedule to pickup the changes.

We have also have issues since the May 6 release related to WFM. The Intra-day reporting are not reporting actual numbers , so we do not know if the forecast is close to the actuals since 0 is being reported for calls Offered, Answered, AHT , abandoned. This also affected the values if you go back to previouus day, where all the actual values are now showing 0. We also had issues with Adherence reporting as referenced in the about comments, whee agents are showing as Severely out of adherence when they actually were adhering to the schedule. I have a ticket with CARE since May6, but they are still working on it. They have not even relayed information if they know if this was caused by the May 6 release. This issue is critical for running our call center and WFM is unusable if we cannot see how we are performing against forecast.

Since the most recent WFM upgrades we've had some users getting out of adherence notifications even while they are utilizing an appropriate status. Has anyone else experienced this or know of a way to stop it from happening? We've tried syncing and reloading.
