We're having an issue with our PureCloud WFM where we are unable to change days in the Schedule View. This is only affecting a few of our units, but what happens is when we click a week's schedule for a unit, we can see that same day's schedule, but if we click to view the next day, it will not update to the correct day. It will only keep it on the current day.
This is preventing us from adjusting schedules accurately resulting in a muddy view for our intra days since schedules are not up to date.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I'm wondering if this is due to today's release in WFM for rescheduling.
We do have a ticket in currently so hoping to find a resolution ASAP.
