When updating WFM schedules can only one person update the schedules at a time or can multiple people update the schedules? Is there criteria for multiple people updating the schedules?

Hi Darren,

Unfortunately, there is no way we can check if someone is viewing or working on the same page.

When you have multiple people working on the same schedule, as soon as you publish the changes the publish button is disabled for all the others. Then they have to refresh the browser or reopen the same schedule

Would be nice if we could have a read only view for supervisors just to see what is going on with schedule changes.

Hello Greg,

I have assigned Workforce Management  Published Schedule  View, they can view but not edit the schedule, however this is not Division/Team/etc sensitive.
