    Hi, 

    We are on the verge to upgrade to the latest version 8.5.218 and find that the change in security options creates a minor problem for us. 

    Today our agents can login to WFM directly from Workspace without entering username and passwords. When upgrading to the latest version we now won't be able to use "Auto-complete" for WFM login. 

    Any possibilities for direct login without entering username and password ?

    Any help highly appreciated.

    Hi Mikael,

    I have searched for an answer to your question without success. If nobody else can help you, I would raise a case through Product Support - the technical engineers should be able to source an answer for you.
