  • 1.  What can I setup with communicate license

    Hi,

    I have  communicate licenses.
    I saw we are limited to set up callflow on Architect : I only have a Communicate license. Can I set up a call flow in Architect? - Genesys Cloud Resource Center
    I am wondering if it is possible to call data action or data table with this license ?
    Also, Is it possible to have reporting ( Interaction report) with this kind of license ?
    Did someone already try something like this ?

    If you look at the permissions for Architect, you will see that none require more than a communicate license.  I would look through permissions and see what each requires for license level:
