    [https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/architect-default-variables/](Architect built-in variables) for InQueue Message flows defines : Message.Message.dateTimeUtc as "The UTC datetime for the message."

    What datetime exactly? the datetime when the messaging conversation began? When the last message was received? When the last update happened?

    You also have Flow.StartDateTimeUTC ,which is the time the flow started, so since this is differently named I have to assume it's something else.
