    Hi,

    I use the bulk import template to load new agents and their queues. Is there a similar process to remove multiple agents from a queue using the UI?

    There isn't to apply it in UI Genesys Cloud, but we have an idea in the portal and waiting for the priority of Genesys: https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/OP-I-1133

    Hi,

    Using skill expression group on queue is also interesting.
    For exemple : a queue 'sales' requiring 'sales' skill can be populate with skill expression group (sales >=0). And you don't have to add/remove each agent. They just need to have 'sales' skill on their profile.

    Hi Jean, How do you do? I hope so good.

    Interesting your recommendation. I will add this option to my mindset for planning the future.

    I would like to have reported in real-time for monitor persons than have that Queue A and skill A >=2 for example. Will be helped to use this method.
