    Hi All,

    I am planning to integrate Genesys cloud to salesforce. I need to use the get customer information API from genesys cloud. Please suggest what is security token which need to be used as a part of integration. Below is the screenshot. i have tried with user account token , but it did not work. Thank you for your support.
