  • 1.  What Permissions Are Required for "View As: Supervisor or Agent" Option?

    'm trying to determine which permissions are needed for Supervisors to see the "View As" dropdown on their home screen, allowing them to switch between Supervisor and Agent views (as shown in the screenshot below).

    Currently, some Supervisors in our environment do not have this option available. Does anyone know the exact permission(s) or role configuration required to enable this feature? 

    Any guidance or documentation links would be greatly appreciated!

    They were missing Agent Activity and Supervisor Activity View Permissions.
