  • 1.  What subscription tier is required for 3rd-party email

    We are the vendor of an AppFoundry Premium App that creates 3rd-party Email Conversations via an API.

    The Genesys website license comparison matrix indicates that CX2 is required for email, but only CX1 is required for Platform APIs.

    Can we create and route 3rd-party Email Conversations to users with just a CX1 license?

    Hi You need Cloud 2 or Cloud 2 Digital to create a 3rd Party Inbound Email interaction. You also need Cloud 2 to enable Email Flows etc. that are used in these circumstances.

    Platform APIs basically means access to APIs for all features that your subscription level allows.

    So the Digital Add-On for CX1 should still work? Is there an official document that one of my customers can see this from?
