Hi, John - I reached out to our speech team about your question. Currently, we only support our own TTS engine for PureCloud. They are in process of creating plans to support other TTS platforms in the future.

I would like to know if there is any interaction with some TTS, for example, Amazon Polly, IBM Watson or Google.
