    I would like to know if there is any interaction with any TTS, for example Amazon Polly, IBM Watson or Google.

    There are none yet but we are going to start work this quarter on the following text to speech integrations;

    Amazon Polly
    Acapela
    Google

    We do however have built-in support for text to speech with many languages.  https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/purecloud-supported-languages/
