Hey all! 

As you should know, Genesys launched the new Orchestrators portal and we are so excited for you to get in there and start using/exploring all the benefits it has to offer! We do know there are a few bugs (and rest assured our team is working them out as fast as they can), but we want to hear what you're loving so far about the new site. So I ask: 

What is your favorite feature of the new Orchestrators portal and why are you so excited about it?

If I had to pick a favorite feature of the new Orchestrators portal, it would be the personalized learning and engagement paths with tier recognition (Producer, Conductor, Composer, Maestro).

I'm excited about it because it goes beyond just earning points-it actually creates a clear journey for growth, rewarding both learning and community contributions. It feels motivating to see progress recognized in a structured way, while still connecting with peers, sharing knowledge, and accessing resources all in one place.

I like the inclusion of the AI Icon for "Ask Me Anything" chat initiation. I hope the AI functions can be enhanced with KBs such as "how to fix my headset encountering one-way audio issues".

I also like that the community page and the support tickets being integrated to the orchestration portal, but if I can only choose one, I'm rooting for the AI.

My favorite feature so far is how the Orchestrators portal brings everything together in one place with a really clean, engaging interface.
