- Outbound notifications using WhatsApp are done through the API instead of setting up a Digital Campaign, for now. There is not a specific WhatsApp example in the Developer Center, but it is similar to the setup for SMS agentless notifications through the API: https://developer.genesys.cloud/commdigital/digital/openmessaging/sms-notification-guide
- The reporting would be done tracking messaging interactions in the Performance views.
It is not an elegant solution, but the Resource Center article for WhatsApp notifications gives ideas on several ways to use it.
