I have a question regarding WhatsApp digital campaigns.
When I send an HSM template through a digital campaign, the customer replies and the message is routed to an Inbound Message Flow. However, within the flow, I can't seem to retrieve the campaign information that originated the HSM.
In my tests, I tried to populate the participant data using the variables Message.Campaign.id and Message.ContactId, but both return NOT_SET, even though the interaction originated from a campaign.
My goal is to get the Campaign ID and Contact ID so I can call an Action that fetches this customer's data from the Contact List.
Does anyone know a way to retrieve these values (either from the ContactList directly or the campaign/contact IDs) within the flow?
