  • 1.  WhatsApp: Own Aggregator

    We have many customers that have their own WhatsApp Aggregators and do not want to change / have Genesys become their aggregator.
    Is it possible for a customer to...
    1. Not use Genesys as their Aggregator;
    2. So they will keep their WhatsApp via their Own Aggregator;
    3. AND there is a "Link" that can still be created from their WhatsApp to the PureCloud ORG, so that the WhatsApp Messages / Interactions can happen via their PureCloud.

    Please can you confirm the above ASAP ?
    If it's possible, then what must I do to have this happen ?

    Have you looked at the PureCloud Embeddable Framework to embed PureCloud functionality within the existing WhatsApp aggregator client?

    Then you will need to use what is built into PureCloud.  The API is designed for folks to write their own custom interfaces.

    Try posting on the forum at https://developer.mypurecloud.com to see if anyone on the developer side has any ideas.

    WhatsApp is in Beta, and is slated to be supported by the embedded clients https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/about-messages-in-the-purecloud-embedded-clients/ and (to my understanding) part of the Messages API.
