    Hi guys,

    When using a digital bot for a whatsapp integration we do not have the chance to send a button to the customer to share their location.

    Do you know any trick or alternative to achieve this? Or if it will be available in a near future?

    Hello Jorge, 

    It might be possible with canned responses that use templates. You would have to make a template that has the button built in to achieve this. Another place to ask that might prove fruitful is the Developer forums.

    Hello Cameron,

    I know Jorge's problem because I also have and the problem is that it's not possible to send message of type location with a template message. Location messages (https://developers.facebook.com/docs/whatsapp/conversation-types/) are particular messages with a button that when clicked open directly whatsapp popup to share location and as for my searches it's not possible to send this type of messages from Genesys.
