When using Organization Email Domain, does the Outbound Email enter first the customer Email Server, and from there to receiver's Inbox?

    Hi all,

    Our customer is planing to register his Email Domain with PureCloud to send emails using his own domain and email addresses.

    Which way does an outgoing e-mail take when using this method?
    Does the Outbound Email enter first the customer's Email Server, and from there to receiver's Inbox?
    or will be directly send to receiver's inbox?

    Will all (incoming & outbound) email copies be stored in the server?

    An email is sent from PureCloud straight to the destination domain's receiving server, which then places it into the appropriate mailbox(es).
