    Org name is most easily found if you are an administrator, and then you navigate to Admin-->Account Settings-->Organization Settings

     

    As for conversationId's, the easiest way is to go to the Performance-->Interactions page and select the desired conversation.  Then, in the URL bar, the GUID at the end is the conversationId.

    I am a business user, and I don't see Interactions under performance. Can I go back and get the Conversation ID for a previous conversation when my internal help desk asks me for it? Or, do I have to be able to see the Interactions page?
