    Hi Laurie,

    Maybe your user had this permission removed ?

     

    It says the prerequisite is to have Telephone Admin role to edit

    Does your user have both the Communicate - Admin and Telephony Admin roles assigned? I can't remember if there is another role needed as well.

    Hi there!

    I'm new here. I was following the instructions to turn agents auto-answer function on  / off but could not figure it out how. Any help would be appreciated.

    The Resource Center article which has the instructions lists the permissions needed:

    Prerequisites

    • Telephony > Plugin > All permission
    • Directory > User > View permission
    • Directory > User > Edit permission

    I am guessing that you do not have the telephony permissions, or more...

    Hi Isaac,

    with the permission followed for George, for voice, you can edit the auto answer config below ---> People.


    If you use Digital you can use the box in Queue (Auto-Answer for all digital channels) Queues.
