  • 1.  Where is permission to transfer queue calls to individuals?

    Hi Team,

    I'm hoping you can help - Do you happen to know what the Genesys permission is called that allows agents to transfer voice queue calls to internal or externals individuals - it seems to be set to allow transfers to queues only as a default. 

    (Apologies if I'm asking the wrong question or am in the wrong place)

    Hi Blair,

    This is the right place for questions. :)

    Please have a look at this article:

    Agents who have those permissions will be allowed to make both, internal and external transfer.
