    I would love to get some insights from anyone who has gone through the Genesys certification process.
    I am trying to map out my learning path and want to know what a realistic timeline looks like. For those who have done it:
    • How many Genesys certifications were you able to achieve within a single year?
    • Could you please share the specific names of the certifications you completed?
    Additionally, I would love your honest feedback on market value:
    • High ROI: Which specific certifications (e.g., Cloud CX Professional, Developer, Admin) provide the highest return on investment?
    • Certifications vs. Experience: How much weight do employers actually place on these credentials versus hands-on experience when hiring?
    • Job Placement: Which certification path is the most effective for landing a high-quality job quickly?

    In my case, I completed all nine exam-based Genesys certifications currently available and have renewed several of them over the years. This year, I also earned the Genesys Cloud CX: AI - GPE & GPR Certification and Genesys Cloud: AI – Digital Bots & Knowledge Certification, along with the Genesys Orchestrators: Composer badge.

    My advice would be to start with Cloud CX Professional, then move on to Architect and Developer. Those three provide a very strong foundation and are the ones I see bringing the most value in real-world projects.

    Certifications definitely help validate your knowledge, but hands-on experience is just as important. The combination of both is what really stands out to employers.

    Good luck with your certification journey! It's definitely worth the effort.

    I 100% agree with Rafael .
    Last year, I renewed eight certifications (skipping only "Genesys Cloud: AI – Digital Bots & Knowledge," as I want to gain more experience with it first).
     
    Obviously, certification "opens doors," but having practical experience is far more valuable; for instance, I hold the WFM certification, but my actual exposure to and hands-on experience with the tool are virtually nil-meaning this  certification is essentially useless for me, lol.
    That is precisely why I want to gain more experience with bots before getting certified.
