I'm new to the community so hope it's okay to post a question here. And sorry in advance if this is a stupid question but I've looked everywhere and can't figure out the answer.
We use Milestones for our phone queue to able to report on how many times customers select the different menu options for the queue.
When I look at the Flow Milestone Detail view and add up all the hits for each milestone for the queue, it's often slightly different to the number of offered calls to that queue when I look at the Queue Performance detail view. Why would that be? Is it because some milestone hits don't successfully go through some how and so don't count as an actual offered call. (and I'm not referring to Answered calls, just those offered to the queue). Normally the difference between milestone and offered calls is only a couple, but this month it was 31 which was a lot and I was trying to figure out what has gone wrong to cause this big difference.
