Hi Team,
https://developer.genesys.cloud/platform/embeddable-framework/configMethods/contactSearch
Above event is working for New Interaction "phonecall" type only. This event is not triggering when we search email id for Email type and phone number for SMS type.
Is this the limitation of "ContactSearch" event or is there any other event where we can utilize?
