    Hello,

    user work team to assign skills or queues instead of going agent by agent to change skills or queues

    this will be useful for supervisors or wfm on an activity that contains several agents

    via the contacts menu, or more simply via the monitoring interface (workspace)

    I think Genesys may be considering Group Skill assignment.  You can already assign skills in bulk by going to the People container, selecting several agents and then choose More Actions then Assign skills.  In a well-designed environment, changing skills often should not be required.
