    Genesys Education is excited to announce an update to the Genesys Cloud: WEM - Workforce Management ILT course. 
    This update includes refreshed screenshots and content reflecting the new Fairness in Start Times and Weekends feature, as well as updates to Time-Off Request Management Unit settings for Fixed, Relative, and Notes. We've also added new sections on Activity Planner and Capacity Planning, along with a brand-new lab focused on Capacity Planning to give you more hands-on experience.
