I am new to Genesys Cloud and hoping this is the right place to ask this question. In our organization, people with different roles and permissions cannot find deleted users when they try to search agents' calls from workspace->interaction. They used the filter and ticket to include deleted and inactive users, then typing the deleted user's name, no option came up for them. However, I have admin role for the organization, and I am able to find the deleted user in the filter. Therefore, I assume it is a permission issue, but I cannot pinpoint on which permission will allow them to filter the deleted users. I am hoping I can get some help from here. Thank you so much.
