Is there a means available within Genesys Cloud to enter a Wrap Up Code on an interaction that timed out before a wrap up was selected? When we were still using On Premise, we had the ability to go back and enter a wrap up code on interactions where we missed entering a code before the after call work timed out. Wanting to see if that capability exists in Cloud.
