That would be an issue I would raise with the support teams for PureConnect, as the connection to the IC servers is governed by the ICELib library, and they will be in the best position to diagnose those issues. Gathering the connector logs from the admin UI for the connector would an excellent first step so you have them handy when support requests the log files.
