There are multiple API and SMTP endpoints, these are all in region. However, there are only 3 email receiving endpoints in US East, US West, and Europe. I agree to a point, but as long as the flow is still not recording anything, and the customer is not reading out or providing any visibility of the confidential data then it would still be secure.
