Hi Nathan, We had a similar issue but in our case the Bot always skipped the first question. Genesys suggested in the Call Digital Bot Flow to remove the default message.message.body under 'Bot Input Text' and set it to no value. This fixed our issue. Not sure if that will help here but figured ...
