Clearing Cookies and Cache
Hate to open this email on a low note, but we need to arm you with some vital knowledge. The Genesys Community has been producing access errors for some of our members. It's an unhealthy mix of 404 and 500 errors in particular. Raise your hand if you've seen this screen before?
Boooooo! Rest assured, we are working hard with our vendor to resolve this issue.
Workaround - If you experience a 404 or 500 error when trying to access the community, please clear your cookies and cache as a first measure. If that does not work, try switching browsers. Still no luck? Email us at GenesysCommunity@genesys.com to let us know. Please include any relevant screenshots or a video of the issue in the email and we'll raise your issue with our vendor.

We loved the suggestion and are happy to report that an AMA on the Ideas Portal will be coming up in December and, better yet, it's going to be available to the PureCloud, PureConnect, and PureEngage On-Premises communities! One of the community's best friends has some incredible information on their site and it can all be prioritized by you! Sign in to the Genesys Knowledge Network (know.genesys.com) to create your personalized dashboard to stay updated the news coming out of Genesys that means the most to you.
This site is the only place where you can choose the Genesys-created content that you love and customize your experience around it. It also offers federated search to help you scour your favorite Resource Center, Community, and Blog for the information you want and need.

Community Member Milestones
If you are a member of the PureCloud Community, you may have noticed that a legendary member hit a key milestone. George Ganahl made his 4000th post early in October. Congrats again, George!
