Our newest Genesys Rockstar for November may be newer to the community, but they are hitting up posts and dropping some amazing knowledge! Not only do they share their Genesys skills, but they go above and beyond sharing codes and screenshots to make it even easier for members to understand the answer. They've even gone as far as replicate the issue and share the results. That is definitely the qualities of a NEW STAR!
