I can generate interaction transcriptions, but they end up in English instead of Japanese.
We've set the language to Japanese for the Edge group, the external trunk, and the inbound call flow, but the interaction transcriptions still appear in English.
The "speechandtextanalytics > translation > view" permission is enabled.
Although the language has already been set for the Edge group's external trunk and the inbound call flow, where in the admin interface can I find the settings for the "Architect flow"?
Please let me know any other possible causes.
