    We don't have any references and we do not have clear information on all the topics that can be configured

    Beyond has a good number of courses on Knowledge Workbench configuration/use and Agent Copilot setup, configuration and usage. If you don't have a Beyond subscription, you should look into getting one at beyond.genesys.com
