Workforce Engagement Management

Hello... is there a way currently for agents to independently view their daily, weekly, and monthly schedule adherence percentages within Genesys without requiring assistance from leadership or analyst teams? Or are there any other system settings and potential configuration changes that can be done to have this achieved?

Hello Suyog,

Agents do not have the ability to see their own adherence.  However, we are currently working on adding this feature.  You can follow this idea https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/WEM-I-325 for updates.  I do not have an estimated release date but once we have that it will be posted on the idea.
