  • 1.  Agent Logout Data Question

    When a supervisor logs out an agent, is this included in the logout data? Or does the system only report when the agent logs out himself? If this data is captured can you please tell me where and how to pull it?

    It reports any login/logout - Agent, Supervisor, or API.  Just tested with one of my users and she thought it was a bug - love messing with them!
