    Hi community team,

    I have a question regarding Genesys alerts.

    I have created 1 alert in the case when we don't have agents in the queue we should get a notification about it, but I can't find a way that sets up an alert only for working days (Monday to Friday).

    Hi,

    There's currently no way to have schedules on alerts, there's a couple ideas on this topic
