Hi community team,
I have a question regarding Genesys alerts.
I have created 1 alert in the case when we don't have agents in the queue we should get a notification about it, but I can't find a way that sets up an alert only for working days (Monday to Friday).
These are the rules which I'm using for that.

I just added the second rule for the weekend but sometimes we have cases when we have available users, and we are getting alerts.
How can we configure it correctly?
