    Hi All,

    Shorter version of question: Are there ways for middleware to receive advisor typing notification from Genesys Cloud without Webhook.?

    We are working on a PoC for Genesys Cloud Open Messaging. Normally for open messaging, we will be receiving notifications from Genesys cloud for  outbound message from advisor and Advisor Typing event via WebHook. But due to technical limitations, we have not configured webhook.

    Instead of Webhook, we are trying to implement open messaging with the help of WebSockets.

    We have subscribed to the below topic to receive messages from Advisor

    v2.routing.queues.<QueueID>.conversations.messages

    Is there a topic that we can subscribe to receive Agent typing notification ? I have tried the below

    v2.users. + USER_ID + .conversations.inbound.typing.event

    But this topic seems to be customer typing event notification to Advisor UI.

    So Are there ways for middleware to receive advisor typing notification from Genesys Cloud without Webhook.?
