*Ding! Ding! We have some winners!

Last week, the Genesys Cloud CX community held an AMA event around the topic, "Conversational AI" and we promised that we'd pick a winner from those of you who participated in the event. But, we couldn't pick just one winner! Two members really stood out because not only did they participate in the AMA event, but Matt and I recognized that they are always engaging in community events in many ways.
