We have the Amazon Event Bridge installed to integrate with a third-party workforce management system. They are getting events for all employees except the latest employees to be added. All affected employees are in the same Work Team (and do show in Genesys' version of real time adherence). I have tried to subscribe to the topics listed in the integration via Available Topics; however, there seems like there may be a base level of events that get sent in addition to these topics as I do not see things like "log in" events. What is the best way to monitor what Genesys is sending over the event bridge?
