    Hey Everyone,

    I'm really excited for this announcement. The past few months, I've been working with @Alyssa Cox on a concept that we are going live with today and I'd love for you to join us.

    For those of you that have not met Alyssa, she is the new Director for Genesys Cloud CX Product & Strategy. 

    Alyssa and I have heard from customers, partners, Genesys employees, and community members that there is a wish for more transparency, communication, notice, and ease when it comes to understanding new features that are entering development and coming up on release. 

    Today, we're taking a step towards making Genesys Cloud Betas easier to follow, get involved with, and stay updated on.


    It is a new community specifically for people who want to:

    • Sign up for Genesys Cloud Betas,
    • Get notified as Betas move through development, and
    • Preview finished functionality before release.
    If any of that catches your attention, the Genesys Cloud CX - Beta HQ is now open and the ideal destination for you.

    Just want to reply here and second Matt's comments.  We're really excited to open this Beta HQ community up to the many Genesys employees, partners, and customers, all of whom are critical to the successful operation of our Beta program.  The Beta HQ community was put together in direct response to your feedback, and we hope you'll join us to keep the conversation going!
